Refined Sugar-Free Candied Caramel Pecans

My special recipe for refined sugar-free candied pecans is finally here, and it’s everything you need and more. It’s probably one of the only recipes you’ll need this Thanksgiving, and after one bite, you’ll see why. They’re like pecan pie made simple. These refined sugar-free candied pecans are coated with a simple caramel sauce and when I tell you they go with every dessert, they go with every dessert.

Please try to name something that wouldn’t be made better with refined-sugar free candied pecans.

I’ve topped many a pie with them, have added them to freshly-baked brownies for a pecan caramel crunch (try this, trust me), and they even go perfectly with a yogurt bowl or sweet parfait. Everybody loves a parfait. if you know what movie that line is from, I automatically love you.

Oh, and don’t forget – these refined sugar-free candied pecans are just as good on their own. Every piece has the perfect balance of sweet and salty and no one would ever guess that they’re only made with no dairy and no refined sugar. Magically delicious. Well. that’s the slogan for Lucky Charms, but it applies here.
