Let’s make gluten free, dairy free, and plant based cookie cakes! 🍪🍰 Growing up, I used to always mark celebrations with cookie cakes. Now, I still continue that tradition by making these gluten free and dairy free cookie cakes with Sweet Loren’s pre-cut cookie dough. To make the gluten free and dairy free cookie cakes:
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Bring the cookie dough to room temp to soften. Using a non-stick or greased circular baking dish, press the cookie dough into the pan to create one uniform dough.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes depending on the size of your pan (mine were 6 in dia. X .075 in. high)
- Let cool completely.
- Decorate with dairy free frosting and your desired toppings. Enjoy!
