Or, you can grab two mugs, double the recipe, have have a dessert for two made in literally two minutes. Seriously. Since this grain free chocolate mug cake is baked in the microwave, it will only take about two minutes to cook. Grain Free Chocolate Mug Cake

1 1 egg
2 tbsp 2 almond butter
2 tbsp 2 maple syrup
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
2 tbsp 2 almond flour
1 1/2 tbsp 1 1/2 cacao powder
pinch pinch of salt
chopped chocolate bar
Directions
- In a lightly oiled mug, mug mix together wet ingredients then add in your dry. Once thoroughly combined, fold in your chopped chocolate.
- Microwave for 1:30-2 mins.
- Top your grain free chocolate mug cake with fresh strawberries, more chocolate, and/or dairy free ice cream of your choice and enjoy!
