With March being colorectal cancer awareness month, there’s no better time than the present to continue raise awareness and keep the conversation about routine colonoscopies. Colonoscopies, and the right timing and detection, can save lives. And as someone with both IBD and a family history of colon cancer, I know firsthand the vital importance of routine colonoscopies when it comes to one’s health 🫶🏻

This is one of our favorite restaurants and every time we’ve been back to London, we have to make a stop here. Truly nothing better than their crispy, delicious gluten free fried fish and chips - paired perfectly with allll the sauces. 11/10 - you heard it here ☺️

Move over chocolate chip pancakes, and say helloo to these gluten free CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZEL PANCAKES 🍫🥨🥞

I thought it would be a fun idea to replace the classic chocolate chips in chocolate chip pancakes with these gluten free chocolate covered pretzels instead, and WOW was that a good decision 😍🤤 these are so fun to make and so good, you’ll love!

For the pancakes:
- 1 cup of Bob’s paleo baking flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp oil - I use coconut oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Whisk together wet ingredients and fold in the dry. Fold in chopped up chocolate covered pretzels. scoop the batter onto a greased hot griddle or pan with some nonstick spray or oil and cook on both sides. Top with dairy free coconut yogurt, more chocolate covered pretzels, and maple syrup! #glutenfree #glutenfreerecipes #celiac #celiacdisease
