Here’s how to make them!
All you need:
Gluten free puff pastry
Dairy free mozzarella shreds
Dairy free butter, melted
Herbs of your choosing
Fresh minced or ground garlic
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, herbs, and garlic. Roll your gluten free puff pastry into and cut into triangles. Brush with some of the herbed butter mixture and add the cheese. Roll up each triangle, starting from the widest side of the dough to the point. Brush with the herbed butter and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, depending on the size of your crescent rolls. Can top with more herbed butter if your heart desires, and enjoy!
