How to Make Your Own Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cookie Cakes

Let’s make gluten free, dairy free, and plant based cookie cakes! 🍪🍰 Growing up, I used to always mark celebrations with cookie cakes. Now, I still continue that tradition by making these gluten free and dairy free cookie cakes with Sweet Loren’s pre-cut cookie dough. Certified gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and free from top 14 allergens, this cookie dough is also safe to eat raw, and eating raw cookie dough just has all of the nostalgia, you know?

To make the gluten free and dairy free cookie cakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 325. 
  2. Bring the cookie dough to room temp to soften. Using a non-stick or greased circular baking dish, press the cookie dough into the pan to create one uniform dough. 
  3. Bake for 14-18 minutes depending on the size of your pan (mine were 6 in dia. X .075 in. high) 
  4. Let cool completely. 
  5. Decorate with dairy free frosting and your desired toppings. Enjoy!
