This cacao fudge recipe has been in my repertoire for years now and it never fails me. It will forever be an OG and a crowd pleaser. I’m not kidding when I say I have friends who specifically request that this fudge make an appearance every time we get together. Whether it’s for a holiday party, a bridal shower, a movie night, this cacao fudge is always requested and it’s more liked than me.

I mean, it’s fair, because what’s not to like about cacao fudge? The cacao powder gives it a rich, deep flavor that is actually addicting, like you’ll find yourself standing over the freezer sneaking pieces of fudge all day kind of addicting.

Another reason why this cacao fudge has been in my repertoire for so long? It’s so easy to make. All it takes is 4 simple ingredients, 5 if you add the nut butter which you so should, a few minutes and a freezer. The measurements are mostly the same for each ingredient (a cup each of cacao powder, coconut oil, and honey) which also makes it easy to remember. It’s the little things.

Stay tuned for a festive holiday version of this fudge coming soon. Peppermint bark? I think so!
